CRATE Sales Key Account Manager

 

Exciting news in the world of CRATE Brewery – we are heading nationwide

With this really exciting journey about to begin and the new brewery we are about to build in London, we are looking for an amazing and talented person to add to our sale team. The right candidate will ideally have had at least two years FMCG sales experience. This person will be focusing on winning new customers while delivering the best support for all our current and new customers to help grow CRATE and their sales.

Key Deliverables:

  • Growing the sales channel
  • Responsible for sales targets
  • Grow CRATE Brewery and Jarr Kombucha share/sales nationally within the right accounts
  • Identify and bring on new customers to support the company’s growth targets
  • Responsibility for managing the operational relationship with current customers.
  • Developing plans in line with customer / sector strategy and JBP’s
  • Build promotional plans with customers to ensure we have increased visibility and
    distribution

Tracking & Monitoring

  • Weekly preparation for sales planning meetings
  • Monthly Sales Out data review
  • Monthly business review
  • Management of Trade investment budget / ROI measurement
  • Monthly performance review at Business Unit meetings
  • Track promotional results
  • Brand retention
  • Growth plans

  • Knowledge, skills and culture:
  • Great communication skills.
  • Negotiation and objection handling skills, has an understanding of commercial maths.

  • Strong personality and presence; committed work ethic; be persistent, reliable and self-aware; naturally sociable and confident; flexible, self-motivated and ambitious.
  • Able to manage time and workload to optimise effectiveness and efficiency.
  • The right candidate will ideally have had at least two years FMCG sales experience.

This role is field based and the salary is £30 to £35k per annum (dependent on experience) +bonus scheme, benefits and expenses.
