We are looking for an excellent Sales Team Assistant to administrate our wholesale ordering and help our business development team to keep everything running smoothly in the sales office.
CRATE is based in vibrant Hackney Wick, East London where it’s brew house, distribution facilities, head office, event space and flagship bar are home to a team of 60+ staff. We deliver our lovingly crafted beer across the capital and also work with national distributors and exporters to send our products further afield. The successful candidate will be focused on ensuring that all customers needs are met.
The candidate must be ambitious, on the ball and able to keep up with the pace of the rapidly growing, increasingly competitive craft-brew sector. The ability to carefully and accurately manage customer information as well as give a first class customer service experience are critical to the role. Proven experience in a similar role is a big advantage.
This is a pivotal role within our organisation requiring liaison with all aspects of the business and throughout our growing base of wholesale partners – The ability to engage positively with our partners, communicate clearly and maintain good relationships are key qualities in the person we are looking for.
